Onisiwo Island

Tomaro, a riverine community of 150,000 on the outskirts of Lagos, has taken a giant step forward. A seven-year building project of The Nigerian School Project has produced the “first-ever” junior and secondary school with a combined enrollment of over 350 students. Exemplary academic performance has earned national recognition. It is a remarkable achievement for this community.

The Nigerian School Project offers its continued support of Tomaro. In three years’ time our high school graduates will become university students. We are excited about what the future has to bring.
